Shannon Ceresola - Owner


Shannon Ceresola has 20 years of experience in contract administration, construction permitting, project management, environmental and hazardous waste permitting and field QA/QC inspection. Her combination of management and field experience has provided her with an exceptional ability to carry management-level decisions throughout the early phases of a project and into the construction phases with great success. Shannon has provided QA and QC construction inspection for underground high-pressure gas lines, electrical overhead and underground transmission and distribution lines, waterlines, as well as brick and mortar projects. Shannon has worked on many large-scale projects for the private and public sector and in the environmental compliance, permitting and monitoring arena. She has developed, executed and monitored Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), hazardous material plans, developed restoration and seeding plans, and aided parent companies during their permitting and pre-construction survey processes. She is also skilled in agency coordination, mitigation planning, and compliance documentation. 

Steve Ceresola, Sr. - Superintendent


Mr. Ceresola has over 45 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in excavating and grading. He was responsible for grading and excavating for the 206-acre expansion of the Stillwater Solar Geothermal Hybrid Project in Fallon, Nevada. He was also responsible for grading and excavating for pads and access roads for the Patua Binary Geothermal Plant in Fernley, Nevada.

Lowell Patton - Operations Manager


Mr. Patton has over 30 years of experience in construction field inspection, project management, mining, contract management, project engineering design, and public administration. Mr. Patton's unique combination of experience creates an exceptional ability in the area of project management and field implementation of construction documents during all phases including planning, pre-construction, construction, and close-out. He managed the Materials Department for AMEC where he prepared and managed a $3M budget and up to 20 employees. His public administration experience includes serving as a Public Works Director and successfully managing over $100M in capital projects, 30 employees, and preparation and management of annual budgets of up to $11M.
